Set-up in 1991 by Charles Slattery and myself, Oceanpath is now the largest processor of fresh seafood in Ireland operating from three premises in the fishing harbour of Howth County Dublin and from one in the Dublin Fish Market in Smithfield. Charles Slattery and myself brought with us a combined fifty years of knowledge of the Irish Fish Industry to Oceanpath. We now employ over 30 people and have a fleet of seven very recognisable trucks.

In 1997 Oceanpath and Superquinn came together to form a partnership to bring Irish Seafood into the 21st Century. This has brought with it great benefits for the consumer. Working together as partners Oceanpath & Superquinn provide consumers with the freshest produce, new seafood products and our unique Quality Salmon Assurance.

 

Like Superquinn, Oceanpath is a family run business and we place great emphasis on this. Tracey Ecock heads up our Value Added Production facility where we prepare ready to cook fresh seafood meals. Bernarda Ecock is our office manager and Ken Ecock looks after our IT requirements and Business Relations. Together with Superquinn we continually strive to be at least one step ahead of the rest.



This is clearly evident from our Value Added Range of Seafood, our unique Quality Salmon Assurance and by the Quality Freshness and Taste of our Seafood.
